Shipping Information

Most orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. Orders shipping via 1 Day and 2 Day Air will take priority. In some rare cases, please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing. Shipping confirmations along with tracking numbers are e-mailed to the e-mail address on the order the evening that the order leaves our facility. Customers are responsible for entering correct ship to addresses. Ship to addresses requiring a correction may incur an additional charge. Campus Colors ships internationally through our partners at International Checkout. For more information on International Checkout and how their service works, click here.

Campus Colors uses the United States Postal Service and UPS for shipping of all packages to our customers. While these are proven, reliable carriers, occasionally packages do not arrive at their destinations within the proper allotted in-transit timeframe. At this time, the only in-transit time guaranteed delivery services available are 1 Day and 2 Day Air Services. USPS Priority Mail and Ground service are not day guaranteed, but rather approximations of when your package should arrive at its destination. While we will make every effort possible to assist our customers in having their packages delivered in a proper timely manner, we do not accept responsibility for negligence by our 3rd party carriers.

*Campus Colors offers flat rate standard ground shipping on all orders for only $5. There may be an additional charge on oversized items such as: backboard sets, road signs, scoreboard clocks, pillows. etc.. In the event that there will be an additional charge for shipping, you will be notified on the product page for that particular item and during check out. Shipping and handling charges will also increase for any order with expedited shipping. Online shipping prices are not valid in store.

*All free shipping offers are shipped via standard ground service. Orders qualify for free shipping promotions based upon the amount of the order after all discounts have been taken and before any applicable sales tax is added. Orders shipping outside of the United States that qualify for the free shipping promotion will be given an immediate $5 discount on the shipping cost.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be unused and in new saleable condition with all original hangtags affixed and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse any returned merchandise if it is does not meet the previously mentioned conditions. Additionally, should Campus Colors determine that your return is not saleable, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Campus Colors accepts returns of regularly priced (non-sale) merchandise within 30 days of the date that the order has shipped. We will refund the credit card used to make the original purchase or issue a store credit or exchange. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you exchange an item, you will be charged for shipping and handling on the new item. If the original order qualified for any promotions or discounts, your refund will be less those discounts if your return causes your order to become unqualified. If you would like to make an exchange or return, please follow the instructions below.

Campus Colors requires your merchandise to be received back by us prior to processing your refund. If you have not received your order and would like a refund, please contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmations via reputable 3rd party carriers. If delivery confirmations show a status of delivered, we will be unable to offer a refund without return of the merchandise-NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you would like to make an exchange or return, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1. Call Campus Colors at 866-598-CAMPUS (2267) or e-mail us at service@ecampuscolors.com within 30 days of the date of shipment to receive a return authorization number. For quicker processing have your receipt number which is in the upper corner of your sale receipt. Please note that all returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date that the RMA number is issued or they will be refused.

Step 2. After you contact our Customer Service department, we will e-mail you a Return Merchandise Authorization form. This form must be included with the item(s) being returned to us.

Step 3. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Shipments returned without return authorization numbers will be refused. To make sure the item you are returning reaches us without damage or loss, make sure it is properly packaged or boxed. We recommend you ship your package back to us with a carrier that can track your package to prevent loss.

Step 4. We will do our best to exchange your purchase or refund your money within one week upon receiving your merchandise back. Be sure that the 'Ship To Address' for all product returns is clearly legible and ship to:

If you were shipped a defective item or item in error, please call us or e-mail our customer service department at service@ecampuscolors.com (make sure to include your name, telephone number address and order number). We will contact you to return the merchandise to us. If you do not follow this procedure, we cannot refund shipping expense incurred by you to send back erroneous merchandise.

Special order merchandise is FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged.

Sales Tax

Campus Colors must charge sales tax of 8% on all orders shipped and or billed within the state of Illinois.

Credit Cards:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Alternate Payments:
In addition to credit and debit cards, we also accept PayPal as a secure form of payment.

Money Orders:
We accept money orders, however we cannot hold merchandise while your money order is in transit. Along with your money order, please enclose a detailed note including your name, address, phone number and item(s) - size, color, etc. you wish to order as well as the service level of shipping you prefer.

Campus Colors cannot be responsible for money orders that do not arrive. If the items that you wanted are out of stock when your money order arrives, we will contact you to discuss to your options.

Credit Card Information

Campus Colors requires the verification of the CVV code on all credit card purchases. The CVV code for Discover, MasterCard, and Visa is located on the back of your credit card and is the last 3 digits located to the right of the last 4 digits of your credit card number. The CVV for American Express is the 4 digits printed on teh front side of the card. These are used to assist in verifying that the person using the card has physical possession of the card. This helps deter fraudulent orders and is for your protection and ours. For security, your tracking number will only be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Campus Colors will not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped. Once you have chosen to make a purchase, we will electronically capture the authorization for the amount of total amount of the sale (including tax and shipping). When your order is packed and shipped, we will then re-contact our credit card processor and charge your card utilizing the authorization number previously obtained.

Shopping on campuscolors.com is safe. Campuscolors.com is a Trustwave certified site. Campus Colors takes security very seriously and takes measures to ensure that your information is kept secure and that your credit card is not being used fraudulently. All information associated with your order including your contact information and credit card number are encrypted and sent to our secure hosting site. The information is then un-encrypted and your order information is processed.

Out of Stock Merchandise

Most items that appear on our site and that can be added to your cart are in-stock. While our site does have a current and accurate inventory, we may at times be out of stock on an item. If that is the case we will inform you via email that an item is out of stock. Provided we do not hear from you within 48 hours the remaining items of your order will be shipped. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the supply of an item from a manufacturer and cannot guarantee availability.

Prices and Availability

The prices and availability of products on our site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected at our discretion when discovered. Campus Colors reserves the right to discontinue any stated offer, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted and regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Campus Colors will credit your account in the amount of the charge.

Please note that we do our best to keep all product pictures and logos updated within the web site; however, the product pictures and logos on this site are subject to change without notice. Normal return policies will apply in these circumstances. If you are in need of a specific logo for any product please contact us prior to ordering.
