How long does it take to process and order to ship?

Most orders ship on the same business day if received by 3 p.m. CST.  Orders containing more than 1 item may require additional processing time.

Shipping confirmations along with tracking numbers are e-mailed out automatically the evening the order leaves our facility. Orders received after 3 p.m. CST will be processed and shipping the following business day.

What is your return policy?

Campus Colors accepts returns of regularly priced (non-clearance) merchandise within 30 days of the date that the order has shipped. We will refund the original credit card used to make the purchase or issue store credit or exchange less original shipping charges. To view our complete return policies please click here.

How is my credit/debit card billed?

Campus Colors will not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped. Once you have chosen to make a purchase, we will electronically capture the authorization for the total amount of the sale (including tax and shipping). When your order is packed and shipped, we will then re-contact our credit card processor and charge your card utilizing the authorization number previously obtained. 

Please note that when using a debit card, you will see 2 transactions appear on your account. Please rest assured that you are NOT being charged twice. The first transaction is the authorization and the second transaction is the actual charge. Once your card is charged, the first authorization is released per your bank’s direction.

Can I return a clearance item?

Clearance merchandise is available for an exchange of size only, while quantities last. Sorry, no style substitutions are allowed.

What if I am looking for a specific logo?

We do our best to keep all product pictures current and updated within our website. Occasionally, manufacturers (or school licensing) make changes to logos and colors on products without giving us any notification. Therefore, all products on this site are subject to change without notice. Normal return policies apply. If you are looking for a specific logo or design, please contact customer service and we will be happy to assist you.

I qualify for free ground shipping, but why does an item incur additional shipping?

Due to the size and weight of certain products we sell, we are unable to offer free ground shipping on some products. When purchasing an item that incurs additional shipping charges, a credit of $5 will be applied at checkout to orders that qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Why do youth hooded sweatshirts not have drawstrings?

In compliance with the U.S. Product Consumer Safety Commission, children's hooded sweatshirts are not allowed to contain drawstrings.  This is done to prevent children from strangulation and entanglement.
